| Value | 利用上の注意 1. ここでは、1974～1940年間の長期生産額系列の整備に重点をおいたため、戦後への連結がなされていない。この連結をめぐる分析は第1部で行なわれる。 2. 昭和期に入るとともに、『工場統計表』に現われる品目の数は増大した。しかし、本書の狙いは、総額ならびに各業種に分けた場合の完全な系列への到達にあるため、細目に立ち入った品目別系列をすべて掲げることを意図していない。 3. 関東大震災のため、1922年には群馬、奈良、福井、神奈川の4県の生産額は集計に含めないで発表された。以下の統計諸表において、1922年に*印の計数が併記されているのは、これらの府県の生産額を1921、1923年の計数から推計して加算するという意味である。 42. 諸統計中の（ ）内の数字は、それぞれ推計篇で説明した推計方法に従って導いたものである。 |

| Value | 注 1．本表は鉄鋼業の生産額が，明治期の鉱山へのバイヤスをもつ銑鉄，鋼材，粗鋼の国内生産だけでは把握できず，これに輸入を加えた計数を基礎にして推計されるべきだという判断にもとづいている． 2．生産量，輸入量は鉄鋼統計委員会『統計からみた日本鉄鋼業100年間の歩み』による． 3．単価は第38表による． 4．（15）欄の1901～1903年の金額は第35表（9）欄の計数である．これを（14）欄の指数で1874年まで延長した． 5．（17）欄の1904～1907年の計数は第35表の（9）欄の計数に加工賃・修理料を加算したものである．この4ヵ年の加工賃・修理料こみの計数は他表に掲げられていないので念のためここに掲げた． 6．（16）欄の1898～1902年の数字（*印）は加工賃・修理料を加算したうえ，不規則性をならす意味で3ヵ年移動平均を加えた結果である．さらに，（16）欄の原数字に（18）欄の比を乗じて『物産表』ベースにしたのが（17）欄だが，ここでも同期間（*印）は3ヵ年移動平均によって不規則運動がならされている． | |||||||||||
