| Value | 注 1．表頭の5類型は，戦前の類型と異なっており，特に戦前と同名の「事業特別会計」は，戦前の「作業特別会計」に類似することに注意（戦前，戦後の対応関係については推計編参照）． 2．戦前の，専売局，帝国鉄道の2特別会計は，それぞれ日本専売公社（昭24．6．1発足），日本国有鉄道（昭24．6．1発足，昭和22～23年度は「国有鉄道事業特別会計」）となり，通信事業は，昭和23年度より電気通信事業と郵政事業の二つの特別会計に分離，うち電気通信事業特別会計が日本電信電話公社（昭27．8．1発足）となる．以上の3公社については特別会計ではないが，戦前からの接続をみるために，公社としての歳出をカッコ内で示した（1950～1964年）．同一年度にあるカッコ外の数字は、旧会計の整理分である．ただし公社分のカッコ内数字は，合計には含まれていない． 3．国有鉄道の昭和21年度は帝国鉄道で，その内訳は収益，資本，用品である．昭和22～28年度は中間勘定が入り組んでいるので省略した．通信事業の昭和21年度の内訳は，業務，資本，用品である．昭和22～30年度は，鉄道の場合と同じく省略．したがって小計に一致しない場合がある． 4．電気通信事業，郵政事業特別会計の昭和24年度のカッコ内は，それぞれ通信事業特別会計の電気通信勘定と郵政勘定であり，通信事業の計の再掲である． 5．資金運用部資金は，昭和25年度までは大蔵省預金部である． 6．交付税及び譲与税配付金は，昭和21～22年度は地方分与税分与金，昭和23～24年度は地方配付税配分金である． | |||||||||||||
