| Value | 注 1．昭和9年度以前（第11表a．）は，地方財政は普通会計1本で示されていたが，昭和10年度以降普通会計と事業会計が区分され，事業会計には交通，電気，ガス，上下水道などの事業が含まれた．昭和27年8月「地方公営企業法」が公布され，地方公共団体の経営する企業が，地方公営企業法の適用を受ける公営企業と，適用を受けない企業とに分かれた．同法の適用を受ける企業は次に掲げる事業で，常時雇用される職員の数が，それぞれ示された数以上の企業である．水道事業（50人），工業用水道事業（30人），軌道事業（100人），自動車運送事業（100人），地方鉄道事業（100人），電気事業（30人），ガス事業（30人）（地方公営企業法第2条参照のこと）． 2．表の事業会計は，法非適用の企業と準公営企業に関する会計を一括したものである． 3．事業会計中の収益事業とは，宝くじ，競馬，競輪，競艇などの事業をさす． 4．昭和21年度のガス事業は上水道事業に含まれる． 5．社会・労働施設費には，保健衛生費を含む． 6．その他は昭和10～20年度は諸支出金，それ以後はさらに統計調査費，選挙費を含む． | |||||||||||||
