| Value | 注 1．本表は各年度『予算の説明』によって主（重）要経費として公表されたものにつき，「社会保障関係費」および「恩給関係費」を抜き出したものである．したがって本表の表題は，これら主要経費を含めている． 2．数字は当初予算と補正予算の合計である．ただし昭和40年度は当初予算である．昭和33～38年度の決算ベースの数字（大蔵省主計局推計）との比較のため本系列にその数字を参考的に示す．他の年度については推計が示されていない． 3．社会福祉費は，昭和24～29年度は「児童福祉費」であり，昭和30～37年度は「児童保護その他社会福祉費」である．「…」（昭和22，23，26，27年度）は他の項目に含まれている． 4．社会保険費は，昭和22年度は「失業保険関係経費」，昭和23年度は「国民健康保険関係経費」と「失業保険費」の計，昭和24年度は「国民健康保険関係費」で，同年の「失業保険費」は「失業対策費」のなかに含まれている． 5．' a) 昭和25年度の「失業対策費」も同様に「失業保険費」を含むので，昭和22～25年度については，公表統計からは社会保険費と失業対策費とを明確に区分することはできない． 6．' b) 昭和40年度の国民年金費は，社会保険費に含まれる． 7．保健衛生対策費は，昭和26～35年度は「結核対策費」，同36～37年度は「結核および精神衛生対策費」である． | |||||||||||||
