| Value | 注 1．本表は，中央財政の「一般会計歳出費使途別割合」を系列化したもので，特別会計を含まない． 2．本表中軍事費は，陸軍省および海軍省の一般会計歳出の合計である．したがってそれは平時概念における国防費を示すものであり，戦時に，臨時軍事費特別会計が設けられている期間は，本表の軍事費の相対的割合は低下する．軍事費については，第10表「軍事および戦争関連費」において明らかである． 3．国債費は，大蔵省所管歳出経常部中の国債整理基金繰入れを示す． 4．行政費は，一般会計歳出合計より上記の軍事費，国債費および皇室費，ならびに年金及恩給を除いたものの残余を一括した名称である．分析上，この行政費の内訳がさらに経済的・機能的分類として示されることが必要であるが，本統計表においてはこれら行政費中の補助金の系列（第8表の合計額）についてのみ再掲した．経済的・機能的分類の総括的な表章については，第18表以下において，ベンチ・マーク年（大正4，9，14，昭和5，10）の数字が示されている． 5．昭和22～37年度の補助金は，補助費・委託費の計であり，その内容は補助金，負担金，交付金，補給金，援助金，分担金，委託費から成っている．戦前との厳密な比較は困難であるが，仮りに負担金，分担金，委託費を除いたものを補助金とすると，昭和36，37年度はそれぞれ395,661，435,452（100万円）となり，行政費に対する割合は，23.67，20.77（％）となる． | |||||||||||||
