| Value | 注 1．本表は，私鉄投資に関連する指標として，営業キロ，車両数，建設費の3指標を整理し，それぞれを国鉄と比較したものである．その理由は，私鉄投資の系列を観察する場合，それが国鉄に買収される関係をとらえないと，私鉄としては「負の投資」となる場合がしばしば生じるからである．国鉄と合計すると，マイナスが消えるのはこの関係を示す． 2．私鉄の3指標がマイナスとなっても，当該年に新投資がなかったわけではなく，新投資以上に国鉄への移管部分が多かったためであり，この点マイナス年の投資については，調整を施す必要がある．とくに1906～1907年における私鉄の国有化に伴う調整が問題である．*印は、国鉄建設費における買収費計上の時点が，営業キロ，車両数と1年あとへずれているため，たとえば1906年の計（21）欄は，1907年計上国鉄買収費（154,610）＋1906年計上私鉄建築費（△98,063）＋1906年国鉄建設費（11,955）＝68,502千円としている．1907年についても同じ．ただし買収費の中には補償費がかなりあると見られ，したがって実際の鉄道投資としては，（ ）内の数字が妥当と見られる．ただし他の年次についてはこのような調整は施していない（推計編71頁参照）． | |||||||||
